He has served as Chairman of ERAN's Board of Directors since April 2023. Education: Bachelor's degree in economics and master's degree in business administration from the Hebrew University. He is married and has five children.

As an expert in coping with national emergencies and building resilience in the Israeli Trauma Coalition, she participates in aid delegations around the world and trains teams in the field of psycho-socialism. Researcher and expert in short-term and online counseling.

Physician and psychiatric consultant for ERAN since the establishment of the “Line for Soldiers” in 2004 and chairman of the professional committee since 2010. Formerly Head of the IDF Mental Health Department. He teaches at the Jerusalem Medical School and the Peres Academic Center in Rehovot, and volunteers as a mental health consultant at MDA and the IDF Disabled Organization.

As part of her role, Inbal is responsible for managing the organization's marketing and advertising strategy, spokesperson and public relations, digital and new media management, developing collaborations and raising donations and resources for the organization.

Alon has served in his position since2008. As part of his role, he is responsible, among other things, for the organization's communication system and the CRM system, which enables ERAN's volunteers to provide assistance to hundreds of thousands of applicants at all hours of the day, 365 days a year. Previously served as CFO in the private sector.

Responsible for ongoing communication with branch coordinators, ERAN managers, and members of the Steering Committee. She brings 29 years of volunteering experience with ERAN and is one of the founders of the ERAN Kfar Saba branch, where she also served as a coordinator. Born in Paris, she grew up in Kibbutz Bar Am and Haifa. She is a mother to two successful women and a grandmother to a grandson. She studied special education and, after her marriage, went on an educational mission to Brazil and Mexico. She specialized in working with women as a lecturer in workshops on achieving economic and social independence.

She lectures at a college that trains students in parent guidance. With over 20 years of experience in management, training, and facilitation, including lecturing in academia, she also manages the "Mothers Learning to Identify Sexual Abuse" community and is active in preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
