ERAN’s anonymous helpline for emotional and mental support during challenging times is available by phone 24/6, or you can chat with us on our website every day from 8:00 AM to midnight.
Is the Service Anonymous and Discreet?
ERAN’s helplines, both our phone services and the chat via our website, are completely anonymous and discreet.
There’s no need to identify yourself or provide any personal details, and our volunteers don’t see the information of those who contact us.
You can reach out to speak or write about any topic or problem that’s bothering you.
Can I Choose to Speak with a Male or Female Volunteer?
Yes, you absolutely have the option to request to speak or chat with a male or female volunteer.
